1. Product and services

ODRE PQC 0.3.1 / RC2 provides post-quantum security for protected business operations on a FastAPI server. Existing Android, iOS and Web clients keep their code and HTTPS/TLS and API contracts.

Requests are verified along ODRE Server Gateway → ODRE v3 → private Core → Protected Handler. If protection cannot be verified, the affected request is blocked; the whole server is not shut down. This is a server-side boundary, not end-to-end PQC from a mobile device to the server.

2. License and Units

A purchase grants a limited right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of ODRE PQC. 1 Unit means one licensed production server/deployment. You may not use more Units than you have purchased.

3. Plans, recurring subscriptions and renewal

ODRE PQC Production is offered at USD 399 per Unit per month or USD 4,300 per Unit per year, for 1–1,000 Units through the standard commercial offering. Monthly and annual plans are recurring subscriptions and renew automatically for the applicable billing period until cancelled.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payments. Payment processing, taxes, billing and certain refund procedures may therefore be subject to Paddle's applicable processes and policies.

The same product functionality applies across 1–1,000 Units. There are no feature tiers, promotions or volume discounts.

4. 14-day product evaluation

The 14-day free Trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. No charge is made when it expires.

After purchasing, follow the installation guide to register and activate your device. Activation includes Device proof, Unit allocation and validation of a signed entitlement (Offline Lease). Receiving the license email does not replace device activation.

5. Failed or unpaid transactions

If a payment fails, remains unpaid, is reversed, or an active paid subscription cannot be validated, the related service or license status may be restricted, suspended or terminated as reasonably necessary.

If the required protection or license/Lease state cannot be verified, the affected protected request is blocked before Handler execution. There is no plaintext/classical fallback.

6. Prohibited use

  • Using more licensed production deployments than the purchased Unit quantity.
  • Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sublicensing or making ODRE PQC available to third parties as your own product.
  • Reverse engineering, tampering with protection controls, or bypassing license enforcement, except where applicable law expressly requires that such activity be permitted.
  • Using ODRE PQC for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

7. Security maintenance and supported environments

Paid subscriptions include product defect fixes, security vulnerability response, and maintenance for supported PQC, OpenSSL and runtime environments. Supported environments may change when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility or maintainability. Material support changes may be communicated through the website, product notices or other reasonable channels.

8. Availability and third-party infrastructure

ODRE AI uses reasonable operational efforts but does not promise uninterrupted availability of internet connectivity, third-party payment, email or hosting providers, or customer-controlled infrastructure. Published verification evidence is limited to its stated scope and is not a promise that ODRE PQC prevents every possible attack.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the product, law, payment arrangements or operations. Material changes will be identified by the “Last updated” date or another reasonable notice method.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid ODRE PQC Production transactions. Nothing in these Terms overrides rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
